So being the supportive wife she is, gave me a call from Costco.  She told me there were a ton of queen palms headed out the door that we were looking at the week before ( @$34.00 a piece/15 ft tall).  After seeing them, I had mentioned to a couple of co-workers about, and the conclusion was they are tough in zone 8 when it gets cold, so we decided against.  So what did she do?  Bought me 3 bags of bulbs @ 7 bucks a piece.  So the old plants moved out and got planted.  Here’s what we bought and what it looked like afterwards.  The grow box is full!!!!!
